Bob Bryant From 1978 through 1983, Bob's primary role was in sales. From 1983 to 1986 he worked with a development company to whom he sold Shell Island on the north end, primarily Cordgrass Bay, Duneridge Estates and Duneridge Condominiums. In 1986 he came back to Bryant Real Estate as a partner in the business. During this time he was extremely active with the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors serving on most all committees and as President in 1987. He founded and was President of the Wilmington Realtors Foundation, an organization designed to give back to the community. In 1990-91 he was Regional Vice President of the North Carolina Association of Realtors and headed up the Professional Standards Committee for the state.

John W. Pierson brings over 29 years experience in real estate, finance and marketing to the Sales Manager position at Bryant Real Estate. He formerly served as Branch Manager of Barnett Mortgage Co., Sales Executive of Bank of America Mortgage and helped start the corporate relocation division of First Union Mortgage. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute and is President of the Wilmington Realtors Foundation. His extensive background in these service-oriented businesses brings a unique understanding of real estate transactions and providing professional services to clients.

Deanna Harris Saylor has been a licensed real estate broker for twenty-two years, and has been associated with Bryant Real Estate since March 1989. Deanna has been involved in almost every aspect of real estate including sales, development and construction of water-oriented properties and title research for three law firms. Deanna feels that real estate is an ongoing challenge, and believes that with her background and knowledge of the market, she is well qualified to help clients make the most educated decisions possible. Wanda Evans Bell comes to the field of real estate sales from a long career in social work and human services. Wanda received a Sociology degree from UNCW in 1982, and earned her Master of Social Work in 1992 from East Carolina University. Her extensive experience as a social worker and community volunteer gives her a solid ethical, practical and professional foundation to join the real estate environment.

A Wrightsville Beach homeowner for 17 years, Joel K. Budd owned and managed a family business in Sanford, NC, prior to joining Bryant Real Estate. Coming from a firm that was small in comparison to his competitors makes him appreciate Bryant's reputation for superior service to their clients and customers. Joel looks forward to assisting friends, old and new, with their real estate needs.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Sherrie Van Essendelft was involved in the medical equipment billing and home health staffing business. She obtained her real estate license in 1990, and has an extensive background in property management and sales. Sherrie came to Bryant Real Estate from our merger with Coastal Condolet in Carolina Beach, and specializes in real estate sales in the Carolina And Kure Beach area.

Cheryl Truman provides administrative support to Bob Bryant, John Pierson and the sales team. She comes to Bryant Real Estate with 12 years experience as office administrator for 50 sales agents with a national real estate company in the Baltimore/Washington area.
