Annette Miller (1999), Broker-in-Charge and Property Manager, brings to Bryant Real Estate over 25 years experience in property management in the Wrightsville Beach/Wilmington area.

Beth Perry (1985), Beth Perry, Accounting Manager, is responsible for payroll, accounting for resort property owners and tenants, sales escrow, general office books and all insurance matters.

Carol Boone (2002), Bookkeeper, handles day-to-day financial transactions for resort properties. Angel Watson, Housekeeping Manager, coordinates inspections, cleaning and linens. Colleen Fairfax assists with these duties.

Lori Williams, Assistant Property Manager, specializes in long-term beach rentals, along with resort properties.

Stephen Davis, Jason Lee, Tina Parks are our Resort-Reservationists. All have additional responsibilities.

Ed Boone heads up our Maintenance Department and oversees our sub-contractors. Mike Lynds, and Kurt Opsahl are full-time and we also hire part-time maintenance workers as needed. Angie Parks and Bill Hanson are office coordinators for the Maintenance Department.

Synde Lewis, Property Manager and Broker-in-Charge, procures new properties and assists existing landlords with vacation rentals, maintenance and housekeeping.

Elizabeth Pearce, Mary Elliott and Anna Hogelin are our Resort Reservationists and assist customers with their vacation needs. Karen Tabor is responsible for housekeeping duties of rental properties.
