Cheryl Murphy
On August 25, 2008 Cheryl Murphy, Property Manager and an important part of the Bryant Real Estate family, lost her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Cheryl started working for Bryant Real Estate in May 1988. During that summer our company went through a major transition and Cheryl put in a relentless amount of hours making sure that all our landlords and tenants needs were met. She loved her work and the people she worked with.
We were all very fortunate to have Cheryl as part of our family and she will be deeply missed. Our company will never forget her and she will always be in our memories and prayers.

Beth Perry (1985), Office Manager, is responsible for overall administration, payroll, and the accounting for resort property owners and tenants, sales escrow and general office books.

Annette Miller (1999), Property Manager, brings to Bryant Real Estate over 25 years experience in property management in the Wrightsville Beach/Wilmington area.

Pam Newton (2005), Broker-in-Charge and Resort Property Manager, is responsible for all aspects in managing resort properties.
Property Manager for Resort Rentals and Manager of our Silver Gull Motel. Pam brings to Bryant Real Estate over 20 years experience in property management in the Wrightsville Beach/Wilmington area.

Carol Boone (2002), Bookkeeper, handles day-to-day financial transactions for resort properties. Angel Watson, Housekeeping Manager, coordinates inspections, cleaning and linens. Carol Curtis assists with these duties.

Stephen Davis, Jason Lee, Megan Reeves, and Lori Williams are our Resort-Reservationists. All have additional responsibilities.
|
|
Ed Boone heads up our Maintenance Department and oversees our sub-contractors. Mike Lynds, and Josh Graves are full-time and we also hire part-time maintenance workers as needed.
Angie Parks is office administrator for the Maintenance Department.

Synde Lewis, Property Manager and Broker-in-Charge, procures new properties and assists existing landlords with vacation rentals, maintenance and housekeeping.
