Our Wilmington office is second to none in long-term rental property management. Julie Trout, Residential Property Manager, ensures Bryant Real Estate's goals are handled with effective efficiency.

Joanne Bryant is responsible for handling collections, court appearances and evictions. She graduated from Purdue University and was employed by the IBM Corporation prior to joining Bryant Real Estate.

Mark Bryant, Inspector, is responsible for yearly inspections of properties, tenant issues and various maintenance issues.

Our leasing agent duties rest in the capable hands of Jethro Waters and Kelly Anderson. Their duties include discussing available rental property, performing leasing functions, and scheduling maintenance necessary between residents.

Sheryl Brown handles all of the accounting functions for long-term rentals.
