The Wrightsville Beach office has been in operation since 1952 and at its present location since 1956.
Over the years, our company has grown through mergers with Wrightsville Beach Realty, Carolina Property Management,
Coastal Condo-let, Zane Fisher Realty, and Harbor Town Rentals. The strength of these companies, combined with ours,
makes it possible to offer the largest customer base and landlord services of any company in the area.
Wrightsville Beach - This office went through a major transformation in 1997 due to the damage sustained by Hurricane Fran.
The office design has made it possible to maintain efficient operations with little inconveniences. The storms of 1999 brought to
fruition the benefits of our hard work. After Hurricane Floyd, we were back downstairs and fully operational in three days.
Wilmington - The office at 501 North College is the first office building off Interstate 40, increasing our exposure to those
just arriving to the area. The former bank building allows drive-up window service, a vault to lock up keys and important documents,
and a night deposit for rental payments.
Carolina/Kure Beaches - Operational in September 1998, this office has experienced major growth in the Carolina/Kure Beach area.
With new and innovative marketing techniques, we are able to offer our homeowners expanded opportunities.
